Here's how you can get it done......

I. Need a permit?

1. Select a park or ballroom in a hotel; if you have selected park then go to step #2 if not then contact the prospective hotel for their ballroom availability. Inflatable City's Inflatable Playground will most likely to fit in most ballroom in Hawaii except Jungle Jim Jr./Sr.; Dolphin Extreme; or D2 Splish Splash;

2. Contact the following departments to get your permit:

a. City & County Permit Office: Ph:523-4525 office hours Mon-Fri 730am-400pm

b. State Permit Office: Ph:587-0300 office hours Mon-Fri 730am-400pm

3. Please be sure to mention to the staff of the permit office that you are renting inflatable from Moore's Enterprise Inc. /dba Inflatable City

4. Contact Moore's Enterprise Inc. / dba Inflatable City via telephone or email then we will be glad to assist you plan your party for you.

II. Need to make a reservation with us?

1.  Reservations: All reservations are taken over the telephone or internet. No reservation is guaranteed until a 25% of total invoice Non-Refundable Deposit is received by Moore's Enterprise Inc./dba Inflatable City to hold the unit(s) you desire. The deposit is also used towards extra cleaning fees. You have one week from the day your reservation is made to mail in your deposit. If time does not permit to mail your deposit then a credit or debit card will be required to reserve the unit that you desire. To guarantee your reservation, we do recommend that you reserve your inflatable playground early because it is first come first serve.

2. Weather Policy:  In Hawaii, rain and wind are unpredictable and a part of daily life. When we arrive at your party to set up your inflatable playground, we will make a decision based on the weather conditions. Unfavorable conditions involve high winds (anytime the top of the unit is bending due to high winds) and heavy rain (steady rainfall, puddles on the ground and tarp). If you choose to have the playground set up, we will collect the balance of your rental and no refund or credit will be given due to rain. Upon acceptance of the unit, you become the lessee and are obligated to take care of the jumper unit.

Rain is a hazard due to slippage and electrical shock near the blower. High winds are a potential hazard due to the unit flipping over with children in it. If it starts to rain or the wind picks up, please have the children exit the playground, unplug or turn off the blower/motor. Cover it with a tarp, garbage bag or move it to a dry area. Let the unit deflate by itself. Do not operate the playground in the rain. Do not operate the blower with a bag or other covering placed over it.

If you have to cancel your playground unit no later then 8 am on the day of the event then you will allow a 30 days extension to reschedule your party without loosing your deposit.
